Linda happily makes her home in Deer Isle, Maine, where she
is the founder and president of Due North, LLC, a full-service
surveying and mapping firm she originally established in the Boston
area in 1989. She is a Professional Land Surveyor in both Maine and
Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
In addition to leading Due North, Linda expanded her professional
focus in 2021 when she became a sales agent for Javad GNSS,
discovering a passion for supporting and empowering her GNSS
customers. She looks forward to bringing that same dedication,
energy, and enthusiasm to iGage Northeast. When she’s not working,
Linda can most often be found exploring the North Maine Woods—fly
fishing, hiking, and seeking out the most remote off-road adventures
she can find. |

Jayson Peltier

Jayson works full time as a staff surveyor for Due North,
LLC, a full-service land surveying and mapping firm based in Deer
Isle, Maine. Jayson began his career in construction, wildlife
research, and outdoor education before transitioning his
professional focus to land surveying in 2021. He holds a B.S. in
Wildlife Ecology and Conservation Sciences from the University of
Maine and strives to continuously expand his knowledge in both land
surveying and GNSS technologies.
Jayson enjoys surveying Maine’s rugged coastal landscapes and has
a strong interest in both the technological and historical aspects
of the profession. He became a licensed Land Surveyor-in-Training (LSIT)
in 2024 and is working toward Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
licensure in 2026.
While operating iGage Northeast, Jayson has enjoyed introducing
new clients to the benefits and wide-ranging potential of GNSS
technology. As one of the younger professionals in the field, he
brings enthusiasm, adaptability, and a strong eagerness to continue
learning and growing within the surveying and GNSS profession.
Outside of work, Jayson enjoys spending time with his wife and
young son, exploring the outdoors, and woodworking.
