Together with Magellan's Mobile Mapping application, MobileMapper CX offers a turn key solution for all your GIS needs. The software is intuitive, making proficient use quick and easy with minimum training, and includes the GPS features you really need without the burden of overly complicated, rarely used functions.

Driven by the powerful office support software, MobileMapper Office, MobileMapper CX provides clear and simple data display, editing and export capabilities. MobileMapper CX will help you to create or update maps for analysis and storage in a Geographic Information System.

What is in the box?

If you purchase ESRI ArcPad you will also receive an ArcPad V7.1 certificate of license.

If you purchase MobileMapping you will also get a MobileMapping Keycode, a MobileMapping software CD and a MobileMapper Office CD.

If you purchase an activation code for post-processing you will also get a Keycode to enable post processing.

If you purchase a MMCX without bundled software
 you may pay a premium in the future to purchase software for the unit.

So if you purchase a MobileMapper CX receiver without software, you are throwing away $200 to $2,000! There is no way to add software to a receiver at the bundled price. It is not possible, so you MUST purchase software when you purchase the receiver.

Why Purchase from Igage?

We only sell GIS and Survey grade GPS instruments. We know how these receivers work and can knowledgably support your application and equipment questions. Our purchase price includes support (expert training is available at an additional charge).

We inspect all of the receivers that we sell verifying that:

o they turn on
o the display works
o the GPS works
o the touch screen works
o we check the camera
o we check the USB port with ActiveSync
o we check the SD Card operation
o we preinstall and activate MobileMapping Today, ArcPad and/or MobileMapping if purchased

We ship receivers directly from our warehouse (they are not drop-shipped from a distributor). We check every receiver to make sure they work and we (not you) return defective receivers to the factory.

These are complicated receivers, there are a lot of things that can go wrong out of the box. Wherever you purchase your MobileMapper CX, make sure that it has been tested by the dealer, and that they will replace it if there are problems. You don't want to have to return a brand new receiver to the factory for service!
