Copying All Topo Map maps to your fixed driveThese instructions are for Version 6 products. If you have a Version 7 product, please see: User's Guide Rev 7.1 pages 110 and 111 'Installing Map Data from CD's onto Fixed Drives' or poke around the main menu item: "Options: System Options: Map Data (tab)". You can move all the maps from the data CD's to your fixed drive, but first consider setting the map cache to a larger size and letting All Topo Maps manage caching the most frequently viewed maps. The default map cache size is 40 megabytes which holds about 7 maps. Use the menu option 'Options: Coordinate, System Options: Map Cache Size (lower left corner)' to choose a larger cache.
