Non-Warranty Repairs
All Ashtech equipment is covered for
one year by the Ashtech Factory Warranty.
After the factory warranty expires for equipment damage that is
not covered by the factory warranty reasonably priced repairs are
available.
Ashtech will repair products for a minimum period
of 3-years after declaration of End-of-Life.

You can purchase reasonably priced extended
warranties for most current devices. Call us for a price quotation.
RMA Procedure

You will have to login (create a new account by
clicking on 'I
did not register on your site before'
if you don't already have an account.)
Fill out the online application and submit. It
often takes 48-hours to get an RMA back. When you receive the RMA, it will
include the address to ship your receiver back to.
The Factory Repair Process
In the United States warranty repairs take
1-week after the factory receives your device. Non-warranty repairs will take 2-weeks.
Repaired devices are always returned by UPS
Ground.
If the repair is non-warranty, then you will be
contacted with a request for payment prior to the device being returned.
